About the event
Two-day seminar at the rescue dog squadron volunteer fire brigade Bad Soden in Taunus Participation is possible with or without a dog. Target group: All interested dog owners, operational officials, operational dog handlers, sports dog handlers, trainers, dog trainers ... Contents: This weekend there are two important training topics on the agenda: subordination and helper work. In rescue dog training, subordination is an important part, because without passing the obedience part, the entire test as a rescue dog cannot be passed. In this seminar, the participants learn in theory and practice to internalize different training approaches and to happily implement them with their dogs. Helper training is an essential part of rescue dog work. Unfortunately, this part comes a little short in some seasons and training groups. In order to optimally prepare the person in hiding for their job as a "helper" or "auxiliary trainer", extensive helper training is required. This weekend, the participants receive intensive training and are accompanied in their work as helpers. Goal: The focus of the two days is on learning a joyfully motivated apprenticeship in subordination, which shows a harmonious team in the result and is fun on both sides. In addition, an intentive helper training is offered and each participant is guided step by step to recognize different dogs in training and to act and react precisely as hiding people in certain exercises.
